Design Unplugged :: Shaping Our Community
April 13, 2010 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM @ Little
How would you define the design community in Charlotte? Is it trendsetting, a place for innovative ideas, a growing force within the community at large? To answer these questions and more, we’ve assembled a panel of creative directors and business owners to share their thoughts on the shaping of the Charlotte design community, where we have been and where we are going.
Panelists will be from a variety of Charlotte creative firms, from large to small. So, you won’t want to miss this chance to hear directly from the people that are on the forefront of Charlotte design.
Location Change: Due to cutbacks in the Charlotte Mecklenburg library system the ImaginOn is no longer available for the event. It will now be held at Little, see map below for directions.
Panelists include:
Jennifer Appleby – Wray Ward
Jim Mountjoy – LKM
Maggie Bean – Karro Bean Design House
Banks Wilson – Studiobanks
Jamey Boiter – BOLTgroup
Our moderator for the evening will be former AIGA Charlotte President, Brady Bone of The Republik.
