2008 Board Nominations

AIGA Charlotte announces the start of the nominations for the 2008-2009/10 Board of Directors. We're looking for good people who feel that they are ready to give a little back to this design community. You may already have leadership experience, or you may just have a burning desire to do something more with your membership. Either way, we would love to have you participate in this years nominations process.

To nominate yourself or someone else, please send an email to the Nominating Committee with the name of the individual, their email address and phone number. They will then be contacted by a Board representative and asked to participate in an informational session in April. At this session, the nominating committee will discuss the available positions and figure out the desires of each nominee to find the best fit for each person.

You do not need to nominate an individual for a specific position. The Nominating Committee will be tasked with finding the appropriate position for nominees within the board. We are looking for any individuals who have a desire to take their involvement in AIGA to the next level, So don't be afraid to nominate!

To be eligible, individuals need only be an active AIGA Charlotte Professional Member. Should you have any questions about the responsibilities of being a board member, please join us at the March Meet | Market. Board members will be in attendance to answer any nominations questions. If you can't attend, you can still contact ourOperations Director with any questions about your nomination.
